How do I delete my account?

There is currently no automatic in-app account deletion flow. To delete your account, please submit a request by email following the steps below.

Steps

1. From the email address registered to your account, send an email to eren@degerine.com.tr with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. You may be asked for additional information to verify your identity and account (e.g. confirming your account email or username).
3. Once your request is verified, your account and associated data will be deleted from our systems.

What data gets deleted?

• Your profile information (name, email, phone, address, avatar)
• Listings you published and their photos
• Messages and offers you sent or received
• Images you uploaded (listing and profile photos)
• Your push notification token (FCM token)

Note on data retention

Due to legal and accounting obligations, certain transaction records (e.g. records legally required to be retained for billing purposes) may be retained for a limited period, kept unlinked from your personal profile.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within [X] business days. (This value should be updated by the support team to reflect the actual service level.)
