Terms of Service — Değerine

1. Acceptance

By downloading, registering for, or using Değerine, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

2. Account Creation

The app distinguishes between individual user accounts and business/dealer accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. User Content and Listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of the photos, descriptions, pricing, and other information you post in listings. The following content is prohibited:

Fake or misleading listings
Listings for stolen or illegally obtained vehicles
Misleading price, mileage, or damage information
Content that infringes copyright
Harassment, hate speech, or abuse of other users

4. AI Valuation — Disclaimer

Important: The estimated market value, damage impact, and market position produced by the AI Valuation feature are provided for informational purposes only, as an estimate. These results do not guarantee the actual sale or purchase price of a vehicle and do not substitute for an official appraisal or valuation report. Değerine makes no warranty as to the accuracy of these estimates and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on them.

5. Business / Dealer Accounts

Users who open a business account agree to comply with applicable legal obligations related to their commercial activity (e.g. tax, consumer protection).

6. Messaging and Offers

In-app messaging and offer features are provided solely as a communication tool between users. Any sale contract is formed directly between the buyer and seller; Değerine is not a party to that transaction and is not liable for disputes arising from it.

7. Intellectual Property

The app's design, logo, and software belong to Değerine. Users retain rights only to the content they personally upload.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Değerine does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
